Refund Policy

Understand how InterviewNow handles subscription cancellations, renewals, and refund requests.

Last updated: March 15, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and one-time digital purchases made through the official InterviewNow website or in-app checkout.

Please review the plan details, billing cycle, and feature descriptions carefully before purchasing. By completing payment, you agree to this policy.

General Rules

  • Digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been provisioned, delivered, or materially consumed.
  • If paid benefits have not been used and you contact us within 7 days of purchase, we may review the request based on order status, usage records, and payment-provider rules.
  • Automatic renewal charges are generally not refundable after a new billing cycle begins, so please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Situations We May Review for Refund

  • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
  • A prolonged service outage or product defect that prevents delivery of the purchased service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Other cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

Situations Generally Not Eligible

  • You changed your mind after purchase or did not review the product description carefully enough.
  • The issue is caused by your device, network, third-party platform restrictions, or environment configuration rather than a defect in the service itself.
  • The purchased digital benefits were already used, consumed, exported, downloaded, or otherwise materially benefited from.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@interviewnow.co with your account email, order number, payment time, payment channel, and a short explanation of the issue.

We may ask for screenshots, error messages, or other diagnostic details so we can investigate the request.

Review Timeline

We usually review refund requests within 5 to 10 business days. If approved, the actual return timing depends on your original payment provider and banking channel.
